Automation Ready Panels introduces the next level of the ControlLogix 5580 Panel Design Customer Experience: Hardware Design, Software Design, and Engineering Service for the price of our Competitions Hardware Build-to-Print.
This Process Automation ControlLogix 5580 PLC Panel is based around a state of the art PLC and a complement of 1756 IO communications modules. Inputs and Outputs can be easily expanded with more network-based IO.
With this control panel, the ControlLogix 5580 PLC can be programmed flexibly with many logic options. Automation Ready Panels pre-programs this system with Discrete Input Delay (On/Off Timers) programming blocks to keep inputs from flutter or can be used for delay timers on levels, photoeyes, or other sensors. Analog Scaling programming blocks are used for analog inputs/outputs. Motor, VFD, and devices programming blocks are included with feature rich functionality (Rockwell Machine Builder Library V12 and Power Device Library V2.2). Statistical Analysis programming blocks can be used for average and standard deviation calcs for a sample size. VFDs can be networked over Ethernet/IP to reduce IO requirements and bring in smart data from the device. Other communications types to Micro800 PLCs, CompactLogix PLCs, Micrologix PLCs, Fanuc Robots, and SMC valve banks are included. A full state machine, shell sequencer programs, and a safety program have been added to reduce final integration time. If desired, one of Automation Ready Panels controls engineers can program up to one hour of free programming (**) to finish off your sequencer, meeting your applications needs. This means that a fully functional controls system can be delivered and ready to install, wire sensors and motors, power up, and the system is up and running.
(**) The free included hour of programming can also be used either partially or fully for CAD drawings updates and/or remote installation phone support.

As far as the internal wiring of the enclosures, I did not find a single wiring error.? That is very impressive considering the number of enclosures we ordered. I want to thank everyone for the great work.
